Packaging
All our products come with a tag containing information on where the item was made and in what quantity. Products are carefully packed, and we always use recycled/recyclable packaging.

DELIVERY TIMES


In general, orders are shipped within 2 working days and take 2-3 working days to arrive. If you need your order sooner, please contact us on hello@lolaandmawu.com.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

UK Standard delivery is £3.49

Delivery on orders over £60 is FREE

Express delivery is £9.95

Large/heavy parcels/furniture items are charged £12

 

Selected EU* orders are charged at £15

US orders are normally charged £25

 

Orders valued at £50 or more might require a signature on delivery

*Selected EU applies to Ireland, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain

 

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we understand that not everything always works out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) then you can return an item to us and we can offer you an exchange or refund. Please email us on hello@lolaandmawu.com.

 

Refunds

Items must be returned to us within 28 days from purchase, provided that items are in their unused and original condition and packaging, with their receipt. If items are not in their original condition, then we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund. Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for an item damaged or lost in transit. 

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us on hello@lolaandmawu.com, and if the order has not been dispatched we will process your refund. If the order has been dispatched, you will need to return the item(s) as standard once received. 

 

Faulty items

All our products are handcrafted, and variations in colour, pattern, and size should be expected. We do not accept returns because of these irregularities.

Some products are vintage. Items which this applies to will have the relevant information on the product page. Therefore, items cannot be returned as faulty due to this.

Please also note that the colours of products may vary. Colours cannot always be represented exactly the same as in real life on a screen, but we ensure we do our best to accurately match them.

In a very unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of arrival, and we will happily refund you, once we have received the item and inspected the damage. 

 

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour or size, then please contact us within 5 days. However, re-delivery charges do apply.
