The most venerated tree in African savanna - Baobab - inspired these two-tone sculptures made entirely by hand by the artisans of Burkina Faso.
Perfect as a ring holder or a unique accent in your home, these little sculptures make unique ethical gifts.
The sculpture is made using the lost wax method: the model is hand-sculpted in beeswax, and a clay mould is formed around it, then the wax is melted away, leaving a void to fill with molten brass. The bronze cast is then hand-polished and patinated.
